PROCESSING TIME

I aim to ship all orders within 3 business days but may require extra time for larger orders.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders are shipped from Sacramento, CA with door-to-door tracking information. US orders are shipped by USPS. International orders are shipped using the carrier you select at checkout. For rates and details, see the Shipping Rates page.

Other

If you suspect your order was lost in transit:

If the last tracking update happened more than 7 days ago, send me an email to let me know. I will contact the carrier to find out the status of your package. If the carrier's search determines the package was permanently lost while in transit, I will replace or refund you in full.

If your order arrived with damaged contents:

If your items arrived damaged, send me an email within 5 days of delivery. I will need clear photos from multiple angles to use for the insurance claim. I will then replace or refund the damaged pieces.

Orders shipping to a freight forwarder are only covered by this policy until delivery has been made to the forwarding company's address as provided by the customer.
