I do not accept returns and exchanges. All sales are final.

All orders may be cancelled as long as your order has not yet shipped. Contact me before your order ships to request a cancellation. 

Packages that are returned to sender by the courier will be treated as a return once the package has been redelivered to me. Any fees required to process the return-to-sender will be deducted from the total refund. Return-to-sender packages are those that are 1) undeliverable due to an invalid address provided by the customer, 2) unclaimed past a hold expiration date at the customer's local post office or similar holding location, or 3) refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or by telephone or web instructions.

International Note: Please double-check the accuracy of your address at checkout to avoid issues. Return-to-sender between two countries can be a very costly and lengthy process. Your refund may be withheld as long as it takes to return the goods to me.
